Adress format stored in DB

We are currtnly using Opencart (v 1.4.9.3) and do some Internation shipping. We have just encountered problems with different countries using different formats and I know that we can add country specific format diretly in the DB or through Admin.

However, I was wondering. Is there are ready list for the supported countries that we can import directly or do we need to add it country by country?
