Paypal Advanced not reporting back to Open Cart

My customers are complaining that when they pay with credit card they don't get order confirmation. I see the payment in Paypal Advanced merchant account but I don't see the order in Open Cart. I am also getting complaints of credit card error and payment not going thru.

I been using open cart for 3 years with 1 and 1 hosting. Anybody in this forum recommend a service to help me run and manage my site.
