Help with coupon code

Hello

I have some troubleshoots with how to get this working. I want to make this kind of coupon code:

When a customer add two different products to shopping cart, there should be coupon code available to apply 10% discount.
But if customer removes one of the products from the cart - in that case the coupon should not working.

So, the coupon code should work if only two different products are added in the cart. (the quantity does not matter)

Can anyone give some ideas how can I do this?
