I had someone ask me a question today, they wanted to know what was the best program to use to manage invoices and automate shipping & printing of labels through FedEx or USPS when using paypal.

I am sure there are prob many options and I don't even know what all my larger clients do?

I know many just use the built in tracking system in OC to keep track of orders and what has shipped but how do they also transfer that info into their accounting software or automate the printing of shipping labels?

I think many also do that from paypal or their usps account, maybe there are a lot of methods & just personal preference?

They assumed I could give them some suggestions but I just setup the site and don't help with accounting. I have setup a few to import orders into quickbooks. I guess all my other clients have been shipping products and already have that figured out or just contacted the shipper for advice. Thats what I told him, check with fedex or the usps website or start googling.

What should I tell them, what is most often used if anything?

Large Shipping transactions does require appropriate management for the better productivity and efficiency of the service. Of the 1000 products it becomes very difficult to manage all the product details and carry out the normal functionality. Even the real shipping who follow maritimecourses people are aware about this fact that it requires fair amount of struggle to carry out the management process.
