image manager not showing at all?

When I login to the admin c-panel and then go to products and try to either edit or add a image noting happens.

I click on the blue pencil, but nothing happens ?

Need help here

You can try to open your admin panel in Chrome > press F12 > switch to tab Network > click on blue pecil and take a screenshot.
After that you attach the screenshot here, so we can take a look at the problem closer.
