over the same server, i've 2 opencarts runing. One is my opencart moved from old server, other is a new one installed by server apps admin. My opencart dont works if i define compression = 1..9, new one works without problem.
its confirmed that problem is a configuration of my opencart (not server problem), but i dont which could be the config to change.

Create a file called "info.php" in the root of the open cart and add the following code:
Now navigate to that file in a browser and it will give all of the nitty gritty set up of the server for that particular installation. Delete the file once done as it can be a security vulnerability 
You can do the same for both oc's and compare.
