I'm not quite sure what that page is going for. The title doesn't seem to match the content.

Greetings. I seem to be unable to update the order status, in a new brand install of OpenCart 2.0.2.0

I get the error message

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
OK
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined variable: json in <b>/home/vol13_7/byethost33.com/b33_16181250/htdocs/admin/controller/sale/order.php</b> on line <b>2490</b>

Other pages suggested to add $json = array() at the beginning of the function (public function api()). It didn't work.

I followed the most suggested option, to create a new api user, and set it in Settings->Stores->Mystore->Option. It didn't work.

Looking at the code, it makes me wonder why it checks for $this->request->get['api'], instead of 'api_id'

I wonder more about why there is no default value for $json in this case.

Is there any other solution to this issue? Should I downgrade to a previous version?

That $this->request->get['api'] start is this, eg. admin/view/*/order_form.tpl line 945:

Code: Select all

url: 'index.php?route=sale/order/api&token=<?php echo $token; ?>&api=api/cart/products

I cant get the extension installer to work
Your FTP settings aren't correctly set up in your OpenCart settings. I suggest to either fix that, or you could this extension installer fix which doesn't rely on FTP.

Hello,

I am using opencart 2.0.3.0. version. When I enter invalid type email address format in the register account email field but it will not giving wrong email format error.

I am using "johndoe@xyxz" email address and it accept email address.

Please using following code for fixed this error,

Code: Select all

if ((utf8_strlen($this->request->post['email']) > 96) || !preg_match('/^[^\@]+@.*\.[a-z]{2,6}$/i', $this->request->post['email'])) {
   $this->error['email'] = $this->language->get('error_email');
  }
in place of

Code: Select all

 if ((utf8_strlen($this->request->post['email']) > 96) || !preg_match('/^[^\@]+@.*.[a-z]{2,15}$/i', $this->request->post['email'])) {
   $this->error['email'] = $this->language->get('error_email');
  }
Thanks.

2.0.3
it looks as if it is not calling for/accessing the photo editing tool as there is no edit/delete button

have wiped everything and installed several times even with differnt/new MySQL dbs, and same result.

trying to upload 2.0.2 now
