Portugal CTT Shipping Module

Hello,

I’m a webdesigner, not a programmer, and I’d like to have a Shipping Module for Portugal Postal Service (CTT).

I really don’t know how to do it. Can anyone do it for me?

I know Magento have this module contribution, and I think it works in real time, just like Royal Mail Opencart 1.4.0 default module.
