(SOLVED)ERROR need Help! Could not load model design/layout!

I get this error when i go to my website.

Notice: Error: Could not load model design/layout! in /home/mbtrea5/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_loader.php on line 51

It will not load. I did not install any new extensions. Already re-installed vqmod and it did not help. Please help as my web store is now down.

I got it fixed. Thanks Somehow the model folder was put in a quarantine folder. not sure why or how, but its all fixed now. Thanks,
