Open Cart Version 1.5.6.4
Advanced Professional Email Template: 2.4.2

I have got involved with a site that someone else has built and have suddenly run into an issue with emails. About 4 days ago any order emails or contact form emails that get sent from the site have a blank body when viewed on Apple icloud web mail, in any browser. The email subject shows up but the body is completely blank. The mails display perfectly when viewed in email clients, also if I have icloud setup in Outlook or Thunderbird the mails display fine.

I also manage my email templates using the module stated above and have been making changes to the template files, but this error happens with different configs and template files so this may not be the problem.

I would like some assistance and advice to work out how to diagnose and solve this problem, does anyone have any idea where to start?

Perhaps this is an Apple issue and not Open Cart

Thanks.

Apple products are a little more fussy about the format they will receive and display in relation to the actual code of the e-mail/

A few things to try, firstly roll-back to one of the default templates to ensure that displays OK. If not then contact the extension owner and pass it over to them.

If it does display OK, you need to thoroughly check the code of your e-mail. For example, you don't actually need any <meta> tags or a !DOCTYPE for an e-mail.

Hi, I had made some changes to CSS which I rolled back and it fixed the problem on the customer.order email but for some reason other emails are still blank despite using the same master config. I've raised a support ticket with the extension owner, I will report back once I've heard from them.
