Disable Product Returns for v2.0.2.0

This script removes the returns functionality from OpenCart 2.0.2.0. Tested with the default theme. Other themes may require tweaking.

Thanks for sharing this; I have one query. After installing this mod, when I try to access returns page manually by typing link, it gives an error on top of page as "Warning: Unterminated comment starting line 5 in /home/content/******/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_account_return.php on line 5".

Any idea how to stop showing this error?
