datepicker how set minute 00

Hi, minutes have wrong format.

I need display HH:mm

but still is displayed time "9:0" right format is "9:00"

Can you help? Where set default minimal value "00" not "0"?

I do not get it. Select type Time have another format. First select is for hour and second is for minutes but start with 0 not 00.
