No extensions exist, to fix ERRORS, made somewhere, or bloody cheap Servers, unable to handle more than one MySql Calls, at once...
You should supply MUCH more information, on this matter, but first, make sure, you have a usable Server.

Sorry
I do not know how to evaluate the quality of the server
have any tool to see if my server and good?
I use Vps2000

The problem started when deleted without want a folder with more than 200 images of a category of my website.
to save time requested a restoration
But the crowded Vps 1000
then received the information
Thanks for contacting us today! I have looked into this and It Seems que with the current disk space usage on your account, we can not restore the backup successfully without you Either making some room on your account or upgrading to a larger disk space on your account.

I changed my plan to
Vps 2000
FREE SSD - Up to 20x Faster Than Spinning Drives Included
available RAM: 6GB
Monthly Transfer: 3TB
RAID 6 Fault hard Space: 130GB
Dedicated IP address 2
Full cPanel License ($ 425 / yr Value!) FREE
Cent OS 6: Enterprise Class Linux
PHP configuration
Use PHP version:
Current: PHP 5.3
System Standard: PHP 5.3

With more space could complete the restoration
But after the restoration completed and the plane change
Vps1000 to vps2000

Started all problems
like the one below

Warning: mysqli :: mysqli () [mysqli.mysqli]: (42000/1203): User comprdjp_ocar378 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/comprdjp/public_html/system/database/mysqli.php on line 6

> General recommendations I received from hosting:
> Run OPTIMIZE TABLE to defragment tables for better performance
> MySQL started Within last 24 hours - recommendations may be inaccurate
> Adjust your join queries to always use indexes
> Increase Gradually table_open_cache to avoid file descriptor limits

You can review que report here: I have http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.livrariajp.com/MtYbCk1M Also included some MySQL optimization suggestions below. You will want to work with an experienced web developer or MySQL, if you do not have one already, to assist you in resolving this issue. Finally, I am Also seeing your que sites may be getting crawled by web crawlers excessively.

Just out of the Dust, an idea:

If you, possibly, use a lot of images, I mean - some thousands of it, and have have been playing with different image-sizes, set in the Admin, like Cat-image sizes, product images sizes, different thumb image sizes, and so on, for a while, you, possibly, ended up with some hundredthousand of image copie's, on the server image/cache-section , never ever used again, but adding to the total amount of files, possibly be allowed to store. I experienced this, when receiving a Mail from my hoster, telling me to CLEAR out, at least 100'000 Files, or then. move up to a 'higher' Ticket!
Has nothing to do, directly, with your Problem, possibly, still, it's good to make sure, anyway...

Good Luck
Ernie

Possibly, you use an extension that opens multiple connections.
For example, new DB
