No extensions exist, to fix ERRORS, made somewhere, or bloody cheap Servers, unable to handle more than one MySql Calls, at once...
You should supply MUCH more information, on this matter, but first, make sure, you have a usable Server.

I experienced this, when receiving a Mail from my hoster, telling me to CLEAR out, at least 100'000 Files, or then. move up to a 'higher' Ticket!
