Offline Credit Card Processing: XXXX numbers, Orders Missing

Running Opencart 2.0.1.1, I’m having a few issues with the Offline Credit Card Processing (2.0.3 BETA) functions. I have searched through the Extension comments, and also the forum but not found a fix close enough to safely try so I need help.

1. The credit card payment email comes with first-4 and last-4 numbers XXXX’ed out.

2. The same Orders by Credit/Debit card payment are not appearing in the Admin's Orders list, but going straight through to Missing Orders.

3. Admin backend under Sales > , there is no option shown for Order w/ cc. It just has Orders which lists what sort of payment was used (in the last field) but doesn’t give details. I know it's supposed to be there in the earlier versions (OC 1.5). Should it be there in 2.0 ?

I've emailed the developers earlier the week but no reply as yet and my poor client has been patient but now getting a bit toey, which I can understand.

I've had a terrible time with this, my first Opencart site. To make things even harder, the client's insisted hosting is on a Nginx server which has been an installation nightmare. The site mostly works fine at present but I cannot get vqmod to install no-matter what I try, so my choice of extensions is very limited.

Any suggestions, ideas, advice appreciated.
