Recently purchased Hostjars Total Import Pro (TIP) for OC2 on my localhost PC test site. I get message "Permission Denied" when I try to run it in Tools. After the install (and cache refresh) I try to enable Usergroup Administrator permissions for TIP but the entry - tool/total_import (as per install docs) is not there! This appears to be causing the problem but I'm getting no response from Hostjars "Support" yet - very slow. Has anyone successfully run TIP on OC2 localhost? Or had a similar problem resolved? I'm also running Export/Import with no problems! Any help would be really appreciated thanks.

Had the issue with a different extention that it wasn't listed to be added to my administrative user group.
My cart was installed in a sub folder on my domain and my FTP root was not properly listed with that sub folder. once I updated this setting in the admin interface it worked great I could go and give permissions and my extention worked.

If you are finding that the Tool-export entry is not in your permission tabs, check within your FTP settings and ensure that your "FTP Root" is set correctly. For most hosting plans it should be /public_html
Set this, delete and reinstall the module and you should find that it is now there.
