OpenCart Design Wanted

Hello, im looking for someone to build me a webstore.

I currently have a Magento store which is not up to date, doesnt work very well and is very tough for me to admin.

Im looking for an Opencart solution as i've had experience with this before, i have the following spec i'd like to use.

The site must be :-
Mobile Friendly,
Compatible with google product ads,
Import listings from amazon (if possible),
Happy to use a theme to minimise development time,
seo friendly,
meta tags, meta data filled in.
