VQMOD not working after deleting OCMOD

I had my store running with various VQMODs and all was working great until I installed a OCMOD through the module installer. Nothing happened and the mod didnt seem to be working so I deleted it.

Now after deleting OCMOD (using the modification list in back shop) none of my VQMODs are working. I tried running the installer again but says VQMOD is already installed.

I need help

I contacted the OCMOD developer and received an email saying a conflict between OCMOD and VQMOD is not his / her problem!! - Thanks for the help!!

VQMOD permissions are set to 755. I have tried deleting mods.cache and clearing the vqcache but still no joy.

I also did a backup before the OCMOD and tried to restore this but this did not work either!

I'm running out of ideas.

Did you try to Clear -> refresh the modification page in the backend?

Do you have any caching extension?

Yes I tried refreshing in the back end and I don't have a caching extension - I don't think - I only have a few extensions on my site for a photo gallery, drop down images and info pages on the top menu bar.

I got the same porblem also,
I even do a test,
I install a fresh opencart,and just upload a vqmod(enhancedvqmod),when this vqmod uploaded,it will show under Tools,
because this is a vqmod manager

then I do refresh button function in Extension/Modifications,
PS:At this time there no any OCMOD installed,I just only click the refresh button in Extension/Modifications
And then the vqmod manager Disappear in tools list,even I reinstall vqmod(enhancedvqmod),it not show anymore

So I think this is not only the Conflict betten VQMOD and OCMOD
It was the opencart core issue after 2.0.2.0

At this time just only can choice one of OCMOD or VQMOD to install

I really hope some big guys can help fix this problem

The same problem here, at version 2.1.0.1.

VQMOD stop working after click the modification refresh buttom.

Same happen to me. I install fastmaintenance.ocmod and after delete it the home page is in black, i only can see the menu, no banner, no brands, nothing. any idea how to fix this?

running last version of op 2.2
