A few Questions about new version

Hello there.

I upgraded from 1.4.9.3 to 2.0.2.0 a pretty big step for me.
A few issues:

-I disabled the carrousel/sliders and now I just have the featured products sitting there. How do i get all the latest products to show on the home page. On the old version I had 100 products on the home page. Is this theme related ?

-None of the picture files are showing up. Seems like in the upgrade they got lost. I have all the files and images backed up but how do I go about fixing this.

-The products are showing in the shopping cart but the price in the header says "$0.00. What happened there?

-Also can anyone suggest a nice theme. I used to have greenshopper but it isn't around anymore. A nice general "soft" theme that can be used for any product .

Is there a guide book (for dummies) to read for the new opencart 2.0 ?

Hi,

That is a huge jump!

In v2.0.x, you need to install the latest module and enable it. As soon as you save it, there is a notice at the top of the page to assign the layout.

For the images, more than likely, the image path has changed between the two versions and needs to be updated in both of your config files and the location of the files on your server (it's hard to take a blind guess at your exact situation).

What's your URL to look at the $0.00 issue and to see what type of site this is to possibly suggest a theme?

Imagepath is changed by version 2.x, images is in directory image/catalog. You rename directory image/data to image/catalog. Also in database imagepaths need change.
