Bank transfer - Account No. issue

Hi,

I have problem with opencart because I need to generate each time account no. when order is received. That prevents my customers to get their reference number based on generating account number. My question is, is there any possibility to generate/create number for the customer automatically when they order? Can they got an email after they finish their buying? Thx
