Hi guys

I've just started helping a mate with his website, ukmobilityhealthcare.co.uk, due to the departure of the developer.
This site is OpenCart Version 1.5.6.4

He has received an email from SagePay saying he needs to upgrade to SagePay v3 as the payment module. I have got the files from SagePay and uploaded via FTP and they show up fine in OpenCart.

I then go through the install process and that works fine, entering the settings into the relevant boxes and enable the v3 module.

I then disable the old SagePay and attempt to buy something via the website and get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_encrypt() in
/var/www/vhosts/s17404088.onlinehome-server.info/ukmob/catalog/controller/payment/sagepay_v3.php on line
273

I spoke to the web hosting company about the error, but they said it was an issue with SagePay. I then spoke to SagePay, but they said it's an issue with OpenCart, so I wondered if anybody has seen this before or can help please.

Thanks
B

You host needs to install the PHP Mcrypt extension.

Thank you. They said they won't do this as the hosting is an unmanaged server package. They said I need to do it but am a bit unsure how really.
