How to best have resellers/vendors only see their orders?

We want advice on best way to accomplish the following:
1. Set up a reseller/vendor who can sell select products from our main store
2. We can set the price to use a price group (wholesale pricing) instead of retail pricing on our main store
3. We want this reseller/vendor to be able to login to an interface and ONLY see their orders and have no OpenCart admin control over our main store.
4. A unique URL for the reseller's products so sales will be attributed to them.

ps: Does OpenCart use the term multivendor synchronously with reseller? Any distinction give my above requirements?
