Data transferrence from Opencart

[HELP]
Guys, I'm owning 2 online commerce stores that are Opencart and Magento, which I've recently installed. I'm looking for an automatic and effective way to migrate all my data inclusing products, customers and orders as well from the former to the later. I dunno how to do it myself. Please recommend me if you have any ideas.
