How can I do following
1. I want to disable "Cash on Delivery" Payment Method only for some products and keep them enable for some. If cart has both COD and Non COD products then default for whole cart will be Non COD.
2. I want some products to have free shipping and other products with shipping. If cart has both Free Shipping and With Shipping it should calculate shipping amount accordingly.
