Recurring Billing Feature

I have searched the forums and most of the posts on this are over a year old--and many of them have no responses. So here goes again.

Does OpenCart have the capability to use recurring billing? My payment gateway is Authorize.Net and I have already set up recurring billing on the gateway side. Is there a feature of OpenCart that allows me to use this? Currently we're using an old version of OC (1.4 xxx), and I can find nothing there that allows this. Does the current version have this feature? I could not find it in the features list. Thanks.
