Pick and Mix Image Options

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any extension that can mimic this functionality?

The shop I'm working on sells prescribed boxes of cakes so you can have a box containing 6, 12 or 18 cakes.

The user can select from an set of 18 cakes. They can also select the same cake X times if they want.

I've search around the web and extensions but cannot find a good solution that allows you to pick and mix such products?

Any help or pointers please?
