I've probably got a client-side script issue - maybe something that's not included, but basically I cannot add any product to cart that has a required option (ie. colour, size).

The example above has a required quantity selector, but even when selected it shows as though it's not selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Your template has a bug. It duplicates options section.
You can edit the file: catalog/view/theme/k9/stylesheet/stylesheet.css, find code at the line 494
remove it and go to the product, you will see the bug.
