I want to require following condition of Australia post shipping method in my store.
Postage (Australia Wide) via Australia Post parcel post satchels:
a. 500gm bag can take 1-13 packets = $8.25
b. 3kg bag can take 14 - 30 packs = $13.40
Is there any Australia Post shipping extension available which are using for the same ? Please suggest me shipping extension...

I've had many customers use Formula-Based Shipping for Australia Post rates with success. You can set up your own rates based on weight, volume, and other criteria, so if you set your packet weight right you can create the appropriate cost brackets. For example, if you set your packet weight to 1 unit, you can create a weight-based rate like this:
0-13 = 8.25, 13-30 = 13.40
