Hello OC community,

on my recent credit card statement i have found some international fees that relate to my extension purchases. Has any one else encountered these fees? and is this normal

Open cart has replied to my question stating that they do not charge any international Fees, but all the fees correlate to extension purchases. all the fees also come from Skrill payment the payment gateway used to buy open cart extensions. should i just bite bite the $20 in fees? has any one else seen these fees before?

Your credit card likely charges a currency conversion fee when the purchase is not in your local currency. Most credit card companies do this -- it's usually 1-3% of the purchase value. It's probably unavoidable unless you use a PayPal account or some other method or payment.
