So I am wondering if this is even possible?

Currently I use a quantity based shipping mod so I can apply flat rate shipping to any product or category of products and any specific quantity.
What I can't figure out is if I can can combine two different products to use one flat rate?

For example:
Currently I have
product A up to a quantity of up to 2 pieces flat rate of $6.00 for usps shipping.
product B up to a quantity of up to 9 pieces flat rate of $6.00 for usps shipping, any quantity up to 9 pieces.

Now I want them to able to purchase a combination of both the above.
1 x product A
up to 6 pieces of product B (not the 9 I already have set)
Have the total flat rate $6.00 applied so they can have a single order with 1x product A & 6x product B.

Currently if they order 1x product A shipping is $6.00 for that and then they add 6x product B then another $6.00 flat rate shipping is added so a total of $12.00 for shipping is applied, I want to make that $6.00 for total order.

Any mods out there that will do that?

thanks!!!

Category & Product-Based Shipping can do this. You can set up Charge Combinations with formulas to determine how the charges are calculated together. You could set it so that it only takes the highest of the applicable charges, so that if Product A + Product B were in the cart, it would only charge $6.00 for the two combined rates.

There are other options you could do as well, if that doesn't work for your situation. Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.
