Cannot insert image with image manager

Hi,

Recently I upgraded to OC 2.0.1.1 and trying to insert image with the editor. I realized that I cannot insert some images. I am able to see the images in the image manager thumbnail view, but after I click the image, it's not inserted in the editor. It only happens on some image, I do not think it's related to file type or size as I have tested different image sizes and all my images are with jpg file type. Besides, I tried to enlarge the image upload size in settings but it also doesn't help. I can insert the image with manual HTML code but it's quite annoying to do it manually.

The same issue occurs to me now. But if I insert image twice, it would successfully insert. It really bothers.

I insert many times but still the same, anyone know what happen? I tried different browser mac/PC still the same..
