special delivery only option

Im new to shopping carts and have the job of trying to set up our online store which is at the moment taking up most of my time.
We have a small shop selling preowned videogames, computers, mobilephones etc.We also repair computers and mobile ph ones.
my problem is Im trying to work out how i set up the return postage for the mobile phone repairs to be only special delivery as these items are obviously more expensive than video games and need them to be insured and signed for.
when i fill in the product details i only have the option of weight and size.
Are their any mods i can buy or use that allows me to select the special delivery shipping method whilst filling in the product details?

You can use any condition with MX Shipping Master.
Like check for word "mobile" at product title or check if it belongs to "Mobiles" category.
