Help Customizing the MegaMenu

I purchased the PavoTheme some time back and was using its MegaMenu.
Now i have an issue that whenever i try to add more than 3 columns it goes haywire, with all formatting going out.
Also the MegaMenu is not auto aligning itself on the page. The menus at the right corner are going out of visual display.
All efforts of trying to contact the developer have gone down the drain.
For such excellent theme development, they are one of the least responsive developers i have come across.
So i am looking for other avenues to get this sorted out.
I am willing to compensate anyone who is willing to invest his time.
