Fedex shipping module.

I'm trying to setup the FedEx shipping module. I have all the test development test keys from FedEx. When I enter a product in my shopping cart, the FedEx shipping rate dosen't work, I get the following error

Fedex (Weight: 8.00lb)
ERROR

I also have the USPS module enabled and that works fine.

Has anyone else had this problem with the FedEx module, any help would be appreciated

I finally got to the bottom of what was causing the problem. I was using test development codes supplied by FedEx, they had an error when supplying the test codes. The test meter number they supplied is actually a live #. All test meter numbers must start with 118. I had to create a new account with FedEx development center and create new test codes. Then it gave me a correct Test meter number. Now its all working fine. FedEx are aware of the problem and are working on getting it fixed. So if you get this ERROR message in test mode. Make sure your Test meter number starts with 118 and not 105. Now the FedEx module is working fine and giving me shipping rates.

I am trying to get the Fed Ex module that came with opencart working (I am using 1.5.5.1)
I have a Fed Ex Freight account and I received from them today my password, key#, & Meter #. My meter # starts with 107 but as far as I know mine is not a test meter...they informed me I was all set up to use this information.
When I enter the information and try it, the Fed Ex does not even come up as an option for shipping...if I put it in "test" mode then I get the error message you got. Since my codes were never called "test" do you know what I am supposed to do to get this ready. They did send me to a page that has .php configurations, but I dont know what I should do with these..I dont want to put them in the module for fear of messing something up...any help you can give me would be appreciated.
