Contact Form Shows Empty Page & Web Admin Log In Problem

Hello,

Do you know please what's wrong in these cases:

1. I'm getting empty page on this link:
http://domain.com/index.php?route=information/contact (if needed I submit the real link)

I didn't know about the problem until recently. I tested my contact form page and sent test emails. After clicking send button, the empty page appears. Email is not delivered to my mailbox. No error notes.

2. I can't log into my web administration. I tried to change password through phpMyAdmin and also installing file ocreset.php but no help.

Everything on my site is working properly except those two things. I have no idea anymore.

Of course a real link is needed! How else is anybody able to help you if they can't see what the problem is?
