Error when trying to refresh modifications [2.0.1.1]

Could anybody help with some ideas?

@viethemes

It's comes BOTH with KulerThemes CP and SEO adress generator by Stanimir Petkov.
So I think issue exist with any kind of modifications.

Also, when I uninstall all modification - refresh processed succesful.

UP: Issue connected with many operatons starting with getElementsByTagName
Also, line 132 in modification.php is: $dom->loadXml($xml);
Maybe this info help to get main reason of crashing faster..
