Log in with Paypal not adding taxes on OC 2.0.1.1

Hello, Thank you in advance for taking time out to read and add some input.

I have recently installed Opencart 2.0.1.1 on 2 of my domains and have the Extensions " Log in with Paypal" installed for customers to pay with Paypal.

If I am logged out using the cart as guess or logged in as member the taxes show up and I am able to carry the taxes over to Paypal when I choose that as my payment method.

But, If I log in with Paypal using that extension the taxes do not show up after I log in.

I have followed the proceedure to setup the API from your wiki instructions. Is there something else I am missing?

Am I the only one with this problem?
