extension didn't work - how to get refund?

I paid for an extension. installed it and it doesn't work. I contacted the seller, he emailed me back once asking what version of OC I was using. (it is a version his extension was supposed to work with which is why I purchased it).

I replied and since then no communication from him. I was willing to wait for a fix but I purchased it on 1/9/2015 and have not heard from him for 20 days. not a peep.

so now I would just like a refund.
