I have had my hosting account moved over from one to the other.
My VQMOD doesn't seem to now be working, and I have been advised to re-install it by one of the tech advisors from the hosting.
Problem is, I don't know how to reinstall it successfully? Can anyone help me with how to do this safely without messing anything up?
Please note, I have my website in a sub folder, I think this makes changes to VQMOD? I can't remember how I set things up.

You want to set the vqmod/vqcache folder, index.php, and admin/index.php to writable so 755 or 777, run the install by typing www.YOURSTORE.com/vqmod/install into the address bar should then get a success message

VQMOD installation manual:
Be sure the vqmod folder and the vqmod/vqcache folders are writable (either 755 or 777).
Also be sure index.php and admin/index.php are writable.
If not sure which you need, first try 755.
If you get errors about permissions, then try 777.
I think here is your problem. Check permissions.

I done the changes as suggested and still getting the file permissions message. Like I said I was getting this file permission message even when it was WORKING. It said success the first time I run it, but afar that I get file permissions. In another topic we settled for that it was normal to have this message after the first install has been done.
However, having just checked my folder the following permissions was set:
admin/index.php = 644
index.php = 644
vqcatch folder = 755
It didn't work, so shall I change the first 2 back to 644 how they was?

Also getting a error message in my admin dashboard, it is where my Joural2 tab is supposed to be showing (this doesn't work when VQmod is having problems).
The message I am getting is:
Notice: Undefined variable: journal2 in REMOVED on line 248
