Bugs in 2.0.1.1: Modules not displaying or working properly

I have the new OC v2.0.1.1 and I am customizing it on a test site before upgrading my live site.

But I've noticed a few display errors:

1. The modules such as Bestseller and Latest are not displaying properly. Please see

2. The Carosel module is missing the fields 'limit' and scroll'. I've looked at the admin panel on the demo site and these fields are there, but they are missing on my version of OC.

3. I have a static banner on the homepage, but this keeps on re-loading like a slideshow. I have checked that this is the only banner on the homepage and all of the settings seem to be right, so why is it doing this?

I haven't made any changes to any of the modules. I just copied my database over from my old site (OC 1.5.6.1) using the extension Database Converter to OC2. Is this problem just on my installation? Will I have to re-install OC?

Glad to see I am not alone - I have exactly the same problem!

I still haven't managed to solve most of these issues. But have found that:

1. the bestseller and latest module etc do not have the code to make them display in the left and right columns. Some people have suggested what code to add to do this here: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=182&t=131795
I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if it works.

2. I still can't figure out what is wrong with the Carousel module. It is fine on the demo site. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but no change.

3. the banner reloading is just a feature of the new banner module. I made it less obvious by adding the same banner twice, so that it just flickers slightly now. Another suggestion is to use the HTML module to add a static banner.

Another issue I noticed is the AddThis link do not display properly on the product page.
