I'd like the categor module display at the right column but must be under the slideshow . is it possible ?
and how to do that ?
Sadly, the answer is no.
It is all to do with positions: there are only 4 in Opencart (all versions starting from 1.5.0).
Opencart has a 3 columns system: Left, Content and Right, where content has a Top and a Bottom.
The subject of extra positions has been discussed many times on this forum, but unfortunately no extra positions were never implemented in the core. Adding new custom positions manually is not impossible of course, but ideally that needs to be done at the core.
Something like "header-bottom" or "footer-top" would be very useful for many modules, like "Menus" and "Slideshows".
We only have to hope that one day such positions will be added ...

You could move the "content_top" to a different location in the template file.
