OC 2.0.1.1 - How to charge for overseas shipping

Hi, I want UK shipping to be free but want to charge for other countries, is this possible? I can't seem to find any country options in the shipping section.

You just have to set up zones. I modified the weight based shipping to a flat rate, and set up zones, so I can charge different for the US and International.
