Cannot access /admin/ [Solved]

Cannot access admin
I get this page:
The page you requested cannot be found.

Installed this (wrong version whoops)

I removed all of the files that had anything to do with this but I still cannot access admin. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I tried turning off SEO URLS and it didn't work. There are no error logs to help me understand what is going on.

Turns out the issue is permissions. When I uploaded the plugin I neglected to check the permissions of the folders. It changed all of the folders to 777 which they should be 755 (varies per host). That fixed all of the issues.
