Hi,

I am looking to develop a site using the new open cart with digital downloads. I have an existing site which I am using to test a couple digital products on.

Once i run a test purchase of the digital item, i then see in the admin panel that there is an order with status "pending" or "processing". When i go to update this status from "pending" to "complete" (so the download shows in the logged in account), the system updates the order as "cancelled". This is the bug iteself. It doesn't matter what status I try to use for this in the admin area, the client is always notified as the order being cancelled.

Can anyone assist?

An addendum to the post above.

I also logged into the trial "client account" and in the order history, the order is updated to "cancelled" rather than "complete". this means the client cannot see their download.

Did you check your payment module settings? Most of them also have a place you can set the statuses as well as the one in admin > settings

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
