Customer Not Receiving Email - Other Email Works

Using 2.0.1.0 - Admin Receives Order Email, Admin Receives Contact Email, Customer Does Not Receive Email - I am customer because opencart is still in development. Any advice?

We use Mijoshop 3.0 which has an opencart 2.0 backend and we seem be be experiencing the same issue.
