do I need to upgrade

Hi can anybody help me, do I really need to upgrade also i would love my site to be mobile friendly does the new upgrade incorporate this

I'd hold off for a while as they are still finding bugs, besides IF IT AIN'T BUST DON'T FIX IT . If you want a site that's mobile friendly there are quiet a few templates both paid and free.
