Editing template 2nd banner

I have a modified 1.5.4 template tenstherapy.com.au
I wanted to replace a photo in the 2nd banner ,
deleted original photo and replaced with another of exact size & name Fr1.jpg.
I now have a spot without a photo, I did not modify anything else.
Why did this happened.
According to Firefox web developer tools the relevant script is missing.

Where would I find the scrip to add the missing info.
