Filter by manufactuer on product/special page

Hello,
Is it possible to filter by manifacturer on product/special page - i.e http://averoom.bg/index.php?route=product/special
I've tried some free modules - like "Filter by brand and model" module and "filterbymanufacturer" vqmod but all of them are working on categories pages only.
