i keep getting this error when i insert googleanalytic code

when i insert google analytic code under settings, server tab, i keep getting this error,
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server
Additionally, a 404 not found error was encountered, while trying to use an error document to handle the request?

sometimes i also get errors such as "the requested page cannot be found"

Pls i want to know maybe the error is from my hosting provider or my installation

I have not tried using that feature, but I do know that google has been changing a lot of their scripts, software, and programs over the last few years, so there is a good possibility that it is a google related issue.

My hunch for this comes from my experience with writing youtube bbcode script for forums, which they changed the embed code for several times after they bought youtube. So as soon as they make a great script that people could use on other sites, they go and screw it up on purpose, then again, and again, and again.

So there is a very good chance it is google.

That error you are getting more than likely is a hosting provider issue and has to do with mod_security that is installed on your server. Contact you web host provider and ask them to turn off mod_security or change the rules for it to allow you to post your scripts.

Thanks very much, i will contact my host, but on funny thing is that, i installed opencart on my friends hosting plan, with thesame host everything is fine, but on my hosting plan i keep getting that problem, i think the problem is from my host
