Success: You have modified your shopping cart!

There's a problem with " Success: You have modified your shopping cart!" message.
When an item is removed from common/cart the message does not appear on page instantly but rather once an account or cart page is opened (what I mean is once you visit login page etc..). How can this be fixed?

P.s. If you have no clue what is happening don't bother posting useless opinions, If you can't help, I will find the fix myself, like I usually do anyways...
