[Help] No price including vat in store

Hello,

Prices in my store are only excluding tax. i made the setting show prices including tax in my store settings, but it only shows prices ex vat but the second line is also visable (ex vat).

when a customer logs in it works normaly en price including tax is showing normal and on the second line there is the price ex vat.

I use opencart 2.0.0
How ca i fix this ? or is this a bug fixed in a newer release ?
